How do I create an account?
Click on the “Create Account” link in the upper right corner of the site and enter your personal information. You will receive an email with a link to activate your account.
How do I log in?
Click on the “Sign In” link in the upper right corner of the site and enter your user name and password.
What do I do if I forgot my password?
For security purposes, we will not display your password or send it to you via e-mail. To reset your password, click on the “Sign In” link and then select “Need help logging in?”
I can’t log in. What’s wrong?
Please verify that your e-mail address and password have been entered correctly.

How do I search for a product?
You can enter a topic of interest in the search bar to see products related to that topic, or browse through the products listed under each category under the search bar.
How do I download or print PDF (Portable Document Format) files?
You will need Adobe Reader software on your computer to be able to open and read the PDF files. To download Adobe Reader, click on the icon below. To print, simply click on the PDF and then click on the printer icon.
Why can’t I open/print the PDF?Many factors can affect the display of a PDF on the web, including the type of device or software you are using and various browser versions and settings. To check Adobe Reader plugin settings, follow these steps:
- Open Adobe Reader
- Click the “Edit” menu in the top menu bar and select “Preferences.”
- In the “Categories” section, select Internet.
- Make sure the box next to Display PDF in browser is checked.
- Click OK to dismiss the Preferences window, close Adobe Reader and re-open your browser.
If you continue to experience technical difficulties, please visit the Adobe site for further information: http://helpx.adobe.com/reader.html, or check the website for the particular browser that you are using (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, Chrome, etc.).

How do I find out when my order is shipped?
We are committed to processing your order promptly, and most orders will ship within 24 hours. If you order online, you will receive a shipping confirmation notice with tracking information.
Please allow 7-10 days to receive orders within the USA and Canada. International orders may take up to 6 weeks for delivery.
What if my product is late, damaged or not delivered?
We will act promptly to correct a problem in service. If you haven’t received your order within 14 days, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 1-800-291-1128, and we will send a replacement.

Why did I receive an invoice?
We are pleased to offer a 30-day free trial for book orders shipped within the USA. You will receive invoices for the total amount of your order, including shipping and handling and sales tax, if applicable. Please return the invoice with your payment by check or credit card to ensure proper credit to your account. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your order within 30 days and owe nothing. What is your refund policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with Mayo Clinic Marketplace product. You may return a product within 30 days and receive a prompt refund. To request a return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 1-800-291-1128.
What if a product is out of stock?
In the event of a temporary stock shortage, we will generally have the product available to ship within 30 days. In the rare occasion that we are unable to meet that deadline, we not process your order and will notify you when the product becomes available.
